Wildlife Adventure - 5th July 2013

Wildlife Adventure passengers 05/07/13-

Our first highlight was a group of Harbour Porpoise surfacing close by as a family of White-tailed Eagles watched on from the shore line. A Eurasian Otter showing very well as it climbed onto a skerry to feed on a freshly caught crustacean. Common and Grey Seals hauled out and a number of sea birds seen including Great Skua, Shearwater, Kittiwakes, Gannets and Auks. A rich plankton sample was put under the microscope and displayed on the big screen for all to admire. Such a diversity of wildlife seen in four hours at sea.
