Whalewatch Explorer - 21st September 2013
After a week spent in more sheltered waters we
headed out to one of our favourite spots and sure enough a MINKE WHALE
surfaced right off our bow! We listened to its powerful blow and watched
it feed along a strong tide line - magic! We also saw harbour porpoise,
3 white-tailed eagles, gannets, Manx shearwaters, guillemots,
razorbills, storm petrels, Arctic skua and had a very inquisitive bonxie
follow Sula Beag. We also visited the Cairns of Coll to watch the
common & grey seals
