Wildlife Adventure - 24th October 2012

Wildlife Adventure Passengers 24/10/12 - Another superb trip today in the sunshine as we managed to track the young whale again, enjoying great views of the mini Minke! We got a count of around 20 Porpoise during the trip as well and plenty of seals out in the open grounds. As we popped into an inlet to focus on coastal species we ended up getting 3 Otters and 4 White-Tailed Eagles!! On the way back we watched a nice hurry of feeding gulls and collected a good plankton sample before seeing another 3 WT Eagles including an amazing close encounter with one feeding on a Shag! We say goodbye to Andy and Jayne today but I am sure we will see them on board again in 2013! Ewan
