SLS on ITV1's Wild Britain!

At the very end of June 2012 Ray Mears joined us aboard Sula Crion and Sula Beag filming for ITV1’s Wild Britain. His target for the weekend was to get in the water with a basking shark, the 2nd biggest fish in the world! He not only succeeded in this but also examined the plankton they were feeding on, saw porpoise, seals, a huge variety of seabirds and a Minke whale!! Mull’s otters and white-tailed eagles also feature in the show.

The programme aired on the 4th of January but if you missed it you can view it online here for the next few weeks….
